Shivani Patra reacted to this post about 9 months agoDISCLAIMER: This is a very hard challenge!
I did it!!!!!
Here is how I managed to complete the challenge in 5 weeks.
First time I tried I was at 14.
Then I followed the program for a few days and I hit 18.
At that point I pretty much plateaued at 18 for 4 straight time, but I had an idea.
I watched the video at 2x speed... And obviously I completed the challenge easily. So I tried at 1.75x speed and also finished it, although I struggled a bit... Then I repeated it at 1.75x for a couple more times before trying at 1.5x, which I also completed. So I tried at 1.5x a few more times until I felt ready for 1.25x, which I completed. I tried on more time 1.25x and completed it, before going back to normal speed. The first time I stopped at 28 and today, the second time, I completed the Bring Sally Up challenge.
I want to thank you Igor from the bottom of my heart. I screamed of joy at the end of the challenge, like I haven't done in years. You changed my mindset towards goals... Writing down a goal is useless without the hard work needed to achieve it.Post is under moderationStream item published successfully. Item will now be visible on your stream. -

Elika Tasker reacted to this post about 1 year agoThis week I felt like doing 2x 24 hours fasting... but not back to back. To me the easiest timing is from late lunch to late lunch... I did it from Sunday to Monday and again from yesterday to today.Post is under moderationStream item published successfully. Item will now be visible on your stream.

Elika Tasker commented on this post about 1 year agoI am completing today my weekly 24 hours fast...
Here is what I realised works best for me:
1, Last meal on Monday at 1PM, since I have eaten without restrictions during the weekend, it's kind of natural to have a light meal and take a break
2. Lunch works better than dinner because it's during work, so I feel that I need a break after a few hours... while in the evening I am more relaxed and I can drink tea while getting ready to sleep
3. I generally experience 4 peaks of hunger in a day, one at around 11:30AM (a midl one), one at around 1:30 PM (a trong one), one at around 3:30 / 4PM and the last one around 6:30PM. By eating at 1PM I need to resist 1 in the morning (11:30) and one in the evening (6:30PM)... but when I tried to have the only meal at 3:30PM instead, I need to resist the 11:30AM, the 1:30PM and still I would have experienced a late evening crave... So by eating at 1:30PM only, I need to resist a mild peak of hunger at 11:30 and then mild one at 6:30PM... Does it make sense?Post is under moderationStream item published successfully.
