Despite traveling the world from a young age , I could never forget the summers I would spent at my grand-parents house in the Caribbean during my childhood.

In Guadeloupe, rhum is religion !

As the years went by, I felt deeper in love with the rum culture, acquiring knowledge and understanding of the diversity of this unique sugar cane based spirit.

Rum is being rediscovered by the world and is experiencing a renaissance in the drinks industry.

I aim to cover both the rich and animated history and the multitude of styles of this complex spirit

Together we will explore the fascinating story of rum's origins in an epicurean way
